These terms govern use of the Construct Flow platform at app.constructflow.ae and related services (the "Service"), provided by Construct Flow Information Technology FZCO ("Construct Flow", "we"), Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organisation you represent.
Construct Flow is a construction-management platform: site capture (including voice and WhatsApp), structured records, dashboards, reports, scheduling, labour and financial tools, and UAE-focused compliance aids. Features marked early access or roadmap may change or be withdrawn.
You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. Account holders act on behalf of their organisation; the organisation owner controls membership and roles. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Paid plans are priced per active project, in AED, exclusive of VAT, as agreed in your order or onboarding agreement. Founding-partner pricing terms are honoured as agreed in writing. Fees are invoiced and payable as stated on the invoice. We may suspend the Service for non-payment after reasonable notice.
Your organisation owns the data it puts into the Service. You grant us the licence needed to host, process and display it to operate the Service, including the AI processing described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time. You are responsible for having the right to upload the data you upload — including worker personal data — and for obtaining worker consent where required.
AI output (transcripts, translations, summaries, drafts) and compliance aids (heat, WPS, FIDIC, permits) are decision-support only. They may be incomplete or wrong, and they are not legal, financial or professional advice. You must review records and drafts before relying on them, and consult qualified advisors for contractual and legal matters. Construct Flow is not liable for decisions taken on unreviewed AI output or for missed deadlines.
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available"; maintenance and dependencies on third-party providers (hosting, messaging, AI) may cause interruptions. Support is provided as described in your plan.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total aggregate liability under these terms is capped at the fees paid by your organisation in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time; closure does not refund fees already due. We may suspend or terminate for material breach with notice. On closure we make your data available for export for a hand-over period, then delete it as described in the Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app or by email, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
